If I didn’t see the words, gluten-free, clearly spelled out on their packaging I never would have guessed that Udi’s granola is in fact gluten-free! During these hot summer days, light and healthy breakfasts, snacks, and desserts can easily be prepared by adding Udi’s gluten-free granola to your recipes. Simply sprinkle Udi’s granola over your favorite dish or even bake granola in your desserts for extra flavor and texture! Udi’s gluten-free granola is available in four different varieties. I cannot say I have a favorite flavor because I truly enjoy them all. I guess you will just have to try them and let me know which flavor is your favorite!
I don’t know about you but I look for a lot of crunch in my granola. Udi’s gluten-free granola has an excellent crunch and delicious flavor. I like to keep a couple different flavors of granola on hand so I can easily incorporate granola into my meals. Peanut Butter Banana Wrap Recipe
Natural Peanut Butter
Udi’s Gluten Free Granola
Gluten Free wrap
1 Tablespoon Flax, ground
Start by spreading a thin layer of peanut butter evenly over the wrap. I use Smuckers All Natural peanut butter but any creamy or crunchy style will do. Sprinkle ground flax over wrap and peanut butter. I buy organic whole flaxseed and grind them in my coffee/spice grinder but you can purchase them already ground if desired.
Next, dice up banana into circles and spread over the lower half of the wrap. If you are using a smaller wrap like the one I used in these photos you will most likely not use an entire medium-sized banana.
Spread vanilla yogurt over the diced bananas. I use Stonyfield vanilla yogurt but any vanilla Gluten Free yogurt would work.
Then sprinkle Udi’s granola over the yogurt. Don’t be stingy! The crunch and flavor of the granola makes this meal extra delicious!
Fold and roll up wrap. If you use a larger size wrap, use the entire banana and then cut the finished product in half and split it with someone else! A healthy and delicious breakfast for two! This little wrap really fills me up and keeps my stomach feeling full all morning long. I personally never feel the need for a mid-morning snack if I eat this for breakfast.
