One Step Ahead Double Folding Chair Review & Giveaway

One Step Ahead is a wonderful company that sells products for babies and children. One Step Ahead tests thousands of products and then offers only the best of those products for you to buy! Therefore, I was not surprised to find that several of our favorite baby products are sold at One Step Ahead! They sell my son’s favorite teether toy, the Kidswitch (which gave my older son some independence!), Twilight Turtle (which my son goes to sleep with every night!), and many more products we love.

Our new favorite product found at One Step Ahead is the Sun Smarties Kids Double Folding Chair with Umbrella. This chair seats two kids comfortably under the shade of an umbrella. The space between the two seats works great for my son to place his toys or a snack. Each seat locks securely in place when you unfold the chair. Each seat also has a cup holder which my son loves to use for his sippy cup and bubbles!

I love that the Sun Smarties Kids Double Folding Chair comes with an umbrella because my son spends a lot of time outside. This umbrella provides protection of UV Rays and allows him stay cool on hot summer days. This umbrella stays in place nicely with the support of the black hole on top and the metal bracket near the bottom. The top hole grips the umbrella nicely to help prevent it from blowing out on windy days and the bottom metal bracket helps keep the umbrella in one spot on the ground. My son uses this chair quite a bit on his own and the chair does not wobble or tip. I am extremely happy with this chair. The only person who may be happier is my son! After dinner tonight he went outside and simply sat in his double folding chair. Let me just say that it is very rare for my 3 year old to sit still…..especially outside!

The Sun Smarties Kids Double Folding Chair and umbrella also come with a carry bag. I was surprised at how easily both the umbrella and chair fit inside. The travel bag makes it super easy to travel with this bag. This is a feature I really enjoy since my son wants to take his chair everywhere we go! In fact, the photo above is of my son enjoying his lunch at his grandparents house! He is wearing a goofy outfit because it was his first day wearing underwear. I thought giving him this chair was a nice reward for being such a big boy!

I find One Step Ahead to be a really easy place to shop. My favorite way to shop at One Step Ahead is by the Developmental Stages. (You can find this category under the More section on the home page.) One Step Ahead does a great job of categorizing their products by stages and transitions. The first eight transitions are the more common stages such as teething, Eating solids, Walking, the dreaded Potty Training, and more! One Step Ahead has eight more less common stages listed under the Development and Stages category that includes great products for stages such as Tummy Time, Rolling Over, I Can Do It Myself, and more! These categories make shopping for gifts a breeze. I wish I had known One Step Ahead had a gift registry back when I had my first son. I remember being overwhelmed by the choices when I was walking through baby stores creating my baby registry before becoming a mom! With the help of the Developmental Stages category at One Step Ahead, creating my baby registry would have been much less confusing!
